Supporting Physical And Mental Wellbeing In The Community

MIPCRC Symposium 2023

Our Club supported the MIPCRC Symposium 2023, emphasizing our commitment to the needs of mentally incapacitated persons (MIP) in Hong Kong. MIP Care Resources Connect (MIPCRC), established in 2018 as Hong Kong’s first charitable organization in this field, has developed a central web-based platform to aid both family and professional caregivers of MIPs by providing essential resources and information. Our support for MIPCRC is particularly motivated by the significant number of female caregivers involved, aligning with our mission to empower women and enhance their recognition, especially in often overlooked caregiving roles.

Yes we can – 1+1 End cervical cancer movement

In March 2024, our Club  partnered with INDICAID in the “Yes we can – 1+1 End cervical cancer movement” to enhance HPV screening rates among women in Hong Kong, where only half have been tested for cervical cancer. Through this initiative, for every HPV Urine test our Club sponsored, INDICAID matched it by providing another test free to clients of Teen’s Key, our designated beneficiaries. This campaign not only doubled the available screenings but also aimed to educate and empower women on the importance of regular HPV testing to prevent cervical cancer.
